My interest in food and nutrition science began when I moved from Hong Kong to London for my undergraduate studies. During my degree, I focused my thesis on dietary support for Type 2 Diabetes, spending time alongside NHS dietitians and patient groups across London hospitals. This early experience in clinical settings highlighted the complex challenges people face when trying to make lasting health changes.
To build on my interest and establish a formal clinical foundation, I went on to complete a Postgraduate Degree in Personalised Nutrition at Middlesex University, alongside a Personalised Nutrition Practice Diploma from CNELM, gaining rigorous clinical practice training. My practice applies an evidence-based approach to personalised nutrition and nutritional therapy, translating the latest scientific research into practical, individualised guidance.
