If you are an active client and have been sent a link to a dedicated folder, use your private link to view shared files and add new documents/files there.
Note: Google requires you to sign in with your Google or Gmail account to verify your identity before uploading.
Want to upload files directly via our website? You must sign in with a Google Account. If you use Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud or other email providers, you can link your current email address to a free Google Account - see below on how to create a free Google Account.
You can safely email your sensitive files and documents directly to our team by taking a moment to password-protect them first:
1. Protect Your Files: Encrypt your PDF or compress your files into a password-protected ZIP folder. See below for Step-by-Step Password Protection Instructions.
2. Email Your Attachments: Send your protected files to [email protected]
3. Send Password Separately: For security best practices, send the password in a separate email.
See below for emailing 'unprotected' files.
Option A: Password-Protecting a PDF
• On Windows (Using Word or Acrobat): In Word, go to File > Info > Protect Document > Encrypt with Password. In Adobe Acrobat, go to Tools > Protect > Encrypt with Password.
• On Mac (Using Preview): Open your file in Preview > Click File > Export… > Check Encrypt > Enter a password and click Save.
Option B: Password-Protecting Multiple Files in a ZIP Folder
• On Windows: Select your files > Right-click > Compress to ZIP file. Open the ZIP file settings or use a tool like 7-Zip/WinZip to select Encrypt / Set Password.
• On Mac: Select your files > Right-click > Compress. Use a compression utility or Terminal command (zip -e protected.zip) to set a password.
It's easier to upload files directly via our website. You must sign in with a Google Account. If you use Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud or other email providers, you can link your current email address to a free Google Account - see below on how to create a free Google Account.
You can send files and documents that are not password protected, however standard email is unencrypted and carries inherent security risks during transit over the internet.
By choosing to send files via regular email without password protection, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume responsibility for sending sensitive personal and health information through an unencrypted channel.
When our team sends confidential files and reports to you:
• We will share a Google Drive Secure Folder link with you. You will be prompted to enter a 6-digit verification code sent to your email to view and download your files. This works with any Email system.
• For Specific Confidential Files: We may send documents via Gmail Confidential Mode. You will receive an email and passcode to unlock and view the files securely. Confidential emails expire automatically after a set period and cannot be forwarded.
Google can then verify the account before file uploads to prevent spam, block malicious software, and ensure your confidential documents transfer securely to our private storage (Google Workspace).
To enable direct file uploads and file sharing with your dedicated Google Drive folder without changing your primary email address, you can link a free Google profile to your current email as follows:
1. Go to Google signup: https://accounts.google.com/signup and enter your name.
2. On the email creation step, click "Use your existing email" instead of picking a Gmail address.
3. Enter your current email address, set a password, and verify the 6-digit code sent to your inbox.
4. Once linked, click your folder link again, and you will have full upload access!
